The front building it retraces the curving Lake in front of the main entrance in the floor plan and focuses it visually to the water from the large terraces and glass surfaces in the Basement. The penthouse is pushed over the edge of the facade; seemingly casual, two thin concrete slabs bring the glass level. With bright non-colours”white and grey and cool material accents such as glass and metal the architects even when the surfaces set to ease. The facade modules of the body highlights the horizontal alignment of the architecture, suitable to the wide landscape. Sleek fascia banners, slightly indented Ribbon Windows and horizontal metal blinds emphasize the horizontal velvet not only outwardly, but also as a shadow inside. Without artificial gleam to the ALUCOBOND facade panels in white reflect the daylight matt. Understatement rather than glossy.
